A restaurant in Chase Park Plaza, the Preston is named appropriately after the building’s original creator, Preston J. Bradshaw.
Mr. Bradshaw was the original architect of the The Chase Hotel, which was completed back in 1922. It was a natural fit to name our newest venture after the man that gave us such great bones to work with. The purpose was to evoke the past while also embracing the future of fine dining. It was said Bradshaw was a stickler for the details, which is a personality trait, held in common with our staff and chefs. We strive to serve locally sourced, inventive plates in a beautiful comfortable space that will entice you to stay a while.
