4. Redemption and activation of individual Perks is dictated by the Partner
5. Perks in the 2B Perks program are available only to current residents of 2B Residential-managed properties.
6. Perks are not transferable and not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with any other coupons, offers, discounts, or promotions.
7. Redemption terms of a Perk are dictated by the Non-2B Partner that is offering the Perk, as indicated in the text of the Perk.
8. While every effort will be made to ensure that the 2B Perks Program website [2Bperks.com] is current, Partners and 2B Residential reserve the right to discontinue perks at any time, without regard to what is listed on the website.
